READ BEFORE APPLYING: The Services are mentorship, training and consultancy. They are not healthcare, psychotherapy or a substitute for assessment or treatment by an appropriately licensed professional.

1. Status and Purpose

1.1 REVIVAL OF LIFE FZE provides non-clinical mentorship, training and consultancy services within the scope permitted by its business licence and applicable law. Eugeniu Gurin acts as a mentor and trainer in connection with the Services described on the Website.

1.2 The purpose of the Services is to support development of communication, public-speaking, presentation, voice and speech use, professional presence, self-presentation, camera delivery, leadership communication and related non-clinical performance skills.

1.3 Nothing on the Website should be interpreted as holding the Company or Eugeniu Gurin out as a licensed healthcare provider or as offering a regulated clinical service that the Company is not authorised to provide.

2. No Medical, Psychological or Psychotherapeutic Service

2.1 Neither the Website nor the Services constitute medical advice, medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychological diagnosis or treatment, psychotherapy, counselling, trauma treatment, rehabilitation, speech-language pathology or emergency care.

2.2 The Company does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent diseases, mental disorders, anxiety disorders, phobias, trauma, speech disorders, neurological conditions, chronic pain, gastrointestinal conditions, allergies, reproductive conditions or other medical or psychological conditions.

2.3 A discussion of confidence, fear, nervousness, tension, emotional experience, perceived internal limitations, bodily sensations, past experience or other subjective matters in the context of communication or performance does not amount to diagnosis or treatment and should not be understood as such.

3. Techniques Used in a Non-Clinical Context

3.1 Depending on the agreed Service, suitability and the client’s informed participation, exercises may include focused attention, guided breathing, relaxation, breathing, visualisation, imagery, rehearsal, role-play, body-awareness exercises, verbal coaching, suggestive techniques, relaxation and breathing exercises to manage performance nervousness, mental rehearsal and visualisation of a presentation, posture, voice-and-body-awareness exercises for delivery, constructive reframing of unhelpful self-talk about speaking, memory-focused exercises or regression-style guided exploration of past experience techniques solely in the non-therapeutic sense.

3.2 The label or description of an exercise is a component of non-clinical communication and performance training and does not constitute, and is not offered as, any form of therapy, psychological or medical treatment and does not change the legal or professional nature of the Service. Such techniques, where used, are applied only as components of non-clinical mentorship or training and not as hypnotherapy, regression therapy, psychotherapy, psychological treatment or medical treatment.

3.3 No representation is made that a technique can diagnose a hidden cause of a symptom, identify a medical or psychological disorder, recover objectively accurate memories, establish historical truth, cure a condition, or produce a particular emotional or behavioural outcome.

3.4 Where the Company determines that a specific exercise warrants a separate informed acknowledgement or consent, participation in that exercise will be subject to the separate document presented to the client.

4. Memory, Suggestion and Regression-Style Exercises

4.1 Memory is not a literal recording of past events. Recall is reconstructive and can be affected by attention, expectation, suggestion, imagination, later information and the circumstances in which recollection occurs.

4.2 Any image, impression, narrative, sensation, emotion or apparent recollection that arises during visualisation, suggestive-based, memory-focused or regression-style guided exploration of past experience work is a subjective experience. The Company does not authenticate it and does not represent that it is a recovered fact, objectively true memory or proof that a particular event occurred.

4.3 A client should not use or rely on any material arising from such an exercise, without independent verification and appropriate professional advice, as the sole basis for medical treatment decisions, legal claims, accusations, family decisions, employment actions or other decisions that may materially affect the client or another person. Any such exercise is an experiential component of non-clinical communication and performance training.

4.4 The Company does not conduct forensic interviewing, evidential memory recovery or investigative interviewing and does not provide expert evidence as to the historical accuracy of a client’s recollection.

5. Suitability and Right to Decline an Exercise

5.1 Participation in an experiential exercise is voluntary. A client may decline to answer a question, request a pause or modification, or stop an exercise.

5.2 The Company may decide not to use, or to discontinue, a particular technique where the Mentor reasonably considers that the technique is unsuitable for the agreed non-clinical objective, that the client’s presentation raises a professional-boundary or safety concern, or that referral to an appropriately licensed specialist is more appropriate.

5.3 Where reasonably appropriate, the Company may ask a client to obtain independent professional advice or clearance before continuing a particular exercise. The Company’s request is not itself a clinical assessment or medical opinion.

6. When to Seek Licensed Professional Assistance

6.1 If you have a medical condition, diagnosed mental-health condition, significant or persistent physical symptoms, severe emotional distress, a history that you believe may affect the suitability of an exercise, or uncertainty about whether participation is appropriate, seek advice from a suitably qualified and licensed professional.

6.2 The Services are not intended for crisis intervention. If you may harm yourself or another person, are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, or require urgent assistance, contact the emergency services or an appropriate licensed healthcare provider in your location immediately.

7. No Guaranteed Results

7.1 No specific result is guaranteed. Development of communication or performance skills depends on individual starting point, participation, practice, consistency, context, health and other factors outside the Company’s control.

7.2 The Company does not guarantee improvements in health, mood, tension, confidence, relationships, income, career progression, business performance, reputation or other personal or professional outcomes.

7.3 Descriptions such as "goal", "focus", "intended outcome", "development", "preparation", "confidence" or similar terms describe the purpose of the work and do not constitute a guarantee of result.

8. Testimonials and Public Stories

8.1 A testimonial or personal story is an individual subjective account and is not evidence that the Company caused a medical, psychological, financial or other result. Individual experiences are not necessarily typical.

8.2 References in historic or client-generated testimonial content to symptoms, diagnoses, health, trauma, suggestive-based, subconscious processes, pain, wellbeing or other personal experiences must not be interpreted as a statement by the Company that it provides healthcare or treats the matter described and the Company reserves the right to remove such references.

8.3 Where a public testimonial could reasonably be read as a claim that the Company diagnosed, treated or cured a condition, the Company may remove, edit, contextualise or decline to publish that content in order to maintain lawful and accurate public positioning.
