Terms & Conditions
eugeniugurin.com
Effective date: 22 September 2026
These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of www.eugeniugurin.com and the pre-contractual interaction with REVIVAL OF LIFE FZE arising through the Website. They do not, by themselves, constitute the contract for any paid mentorship, training or consultancy service.
IMPORTANT CONTRACTUAL DISTINCTION: Submitting an application, requesting information, participating in an introductory call or receiving an invoice does not by itself create an obligation on the Company to provide any Service. Paid Services are supplied only on the terms of the applicable Client Agreement, Service Schedule/Appendix or other written service order accepted by the Company and the client.
1. Definitions and Interpretation
1.1 "Company", "we", "us" or "our" means REVIVAL OF LIFE FZE, Licence No. 4431352.01, a free zone establishment registered at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
1.2 "Website" means www.eugeniugurin.com, including its language versions, subpages, forms and functionality made available by or on behalf of the Company.
1.3 "Mentor" means Eugeniu Gurin when acting for or on behalf of the Company in providing mentorship, training, assessment, feedback or consultancy.
1.4 "Services" means the non-clinical mentorship, training and consultancy services that the Company may agree to provide under a Client Agreement, including public-speaking, communication, voice and speech, presentation, self-presentation, camera delivery and leadership-communication development, together with any other expressly agreed non-clinical training or mentorship scope.
1.5 "Client Agreement" means the separate written agreement, together with any applicable schedule, appendix, service order or invoice incorporated into it, governing a particular Service purchased by a client.
1.6 "Fees" means the fees, prices and any other amounts payable by a client for a Service, as stated in the applicable Client Agreement, Service Schedule/Appendix, invoice or other written quotation issued or accepted by the Company.
1.7 "Website Content" means all text, descriptions, graphics, photographs, video, audio, branding, course and programme information, exercises, frameworks and other material made available on or through the Website by or on behalf of the Company.
1.8 Headings are for convenience only. References to "including" or "includes" are without limitation. A reference to law includes that law as amended or replaced from time to time and any mandatory implementing measure applicable to the relevant transaction. Words importing the singular include the plural and vice versa, and a reference to one gender includes every gender.
2. Scope and Legal Effect of these Terms
2.1 These Terms govern the use of the Website, access to Website Content, submission and handling of enquiries and applications, and other matters that arise before a Client Agreement is entered into.
2.2 These Terms are not an offer to provide any specific Service, do not reserve availability and do not oblige the Company to accept an application. Website descriptions are invitations to enquire unless the Company expressly states otherwise in writing.
2.3 If you enter into a Client Agreement, that Client Agreement governs the provision of the relevant Service. In the event of an inconsistency concerning the scope, timing, Fees, payment schedule, cancellation, rescheduling, refund or delivery of a Service, the Client Agreement prevails.
2.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or purports to waive any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under mandatory UAE consumer protection legislation or other applicable mandatory law.
3. Company and Regulatory Information
3.1 The Website is operated by REVIVAL OF LIFE FZE, Licence No. 4431352.01, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
3.2 The Company provides services within the scope permitted by its business licence and applicable law. A description on the Website does not extend the Company’s licensed activities or authorise the Company or the Mentor to provide a regulated professional service for which a separate governmental or professional authorisation would be required.
3.3 The Website may be accessed internationally. The availability of Website Content in a jurisdiction does not represent that every Service is lawful, suitable or available in that jurisdiction. The Company may decline to provide a Service where regulatory, sanctions, payment, consumer-protection, professional-scope or other legal considerations make provision inappropriate.
4. Eligibility and Use by Minors
4.1 The Website and the Services presently advertised through it are intended for adults. By submitting an application, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to provide the information submitted and to enter into binding arrangements.
4.2 Any future service designed for minors will be subject to a separate legal, consent and safeguarding framework and will not be offered under these Terms unless expressly stated by the Company.
5. Applications, Enquiries and Pre-Contractual Process
5.1 The Website may allow you to submit an application or enquiry. You must provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading to the extent reasonably required for the Company to understand your request and determine whether a proposed format may be suitable.
5.2 An application is a request for the Company to consider your enquiry. It is not a booking, acceptance, confirmation of availability or contract for Services.
5.3 Following an application, the Company may contact you by email, telephone, WhatsApp, Telegram or another channel selected or agreed by you in order to clarify your objectives, discuss a possible Service and, where appropriate, provide a proposed Client Agreement, Service Schedule/Appendix, invoice, payment link or bank details.
5.4 A contract for Services arises only when the relevant Client Agreement or equivalent service order has been validly accepted in the manner specified by the Company and any conditions to commencement stated in that document have been satisfied.
5.5 The Company may refuse an application or decline to enter into a Client Agreement at its discretion where it reasonably considers that the requested work is outside the Company’s scope, unsuitable for the proposed format, legally restricted, creates an unmanaged safety or professional-boundary concern, or cannot be accommodated.
6. Electronic Communications and Contracting
6.1 Communications, notices, applications, confirmations and contracts may be made or exchanged electronically to the extent permitted by applicable law. Electronic documents do not lose legal effect merely because they are in electronic form.
6.2 You are responsible for providing a functioning email address and other contact details and for reviewing communications sent to those details. The Company is not responsible for a failure to receive a communication caused by incorrect details, filters, platform restrictions or circumstances outside its reasonable control.
6.3 Where a law applicable to a particular consumer transaction requires information, contracting steps, language, form, signature or other formalities beyond those used on the Website, the Company may require completion of the relevant additional step before Services commence.
7. Website Information and Service Descriptions
7.1 Website Content is intended to describe the general nature of the Company’s approach and available formats. Individual programmes are tailored and the exact scope, number and duration of sessions, deliverables, between-session support, format and other commercial terms may differ from general Website descriptions where agreed in the Client Agreement.
7.2 The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure that material factual statements, prices and descriptions published on the Website are accurate when published. However, Website Content may be updated, corrected, withdrawn or replaced, and no Website statement overrides an express term of a Client Agreement.
7.3 Illustrations of possible topics, methods, exercises, formats or outcomes are not promises that any particular technique will be used or any particular result will be achieved.
8. Prices, Taxes and Payment Information
8.1 Prices displayed on the Website are indicative or published prices for the described format at the time of display. Where an individual scope, custom package, discount, additional session or other variation is agreed, the final Fees and currency will be stated in the Client Agreement, Service Schedule/Appendix, invoice or other written quotation.
8.2 Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Website price should not be interpreted as including a tax, payment-provider charge, currency conversion charge or other amount that applicable law or a third-party provider requires to be separately imposed will be disclosed before the transaction is completed. Prices displayed to consumers in the UAE are inclusive of UAE VAT where VAT applies. Where a supply is zero-rated or made to a non-resident, this will be reflected in the invoice. Any mandatory amount payable by the client will be disclosed before the relevant transaction is completed to the extent required by law.
8.3 Payment may be requested by invoice, bank transfer, Stripe payment link or another payment method expressly offered by the Company. Card and payment-account information submitted directly to a third-party payment provider is processed under that provider’s own terms and privacy arrangements.
8.4 Payment timing, instalments, cancellation, rescheduling, no-show consequences and refunds are governed by the Client Agreement applicable to the purchased Service and mandatory law. These Terms do not create a separate cancellation or refund regime.
9. Nature and Boundaries of the Services
9.1 The Services are non-clinical mentorship, training and consultancy services directed to communication, presentation, speaking, voice and speech use, self-presentation, professional presence, camera delivery, performance preparation, leadership communication and other expressly agreed non-clinical development objectives.
9.2 Neither the Company nor the Mentor acts, in connection with the Website or the Services, as a physician, psychologist, psychiatrist, psychotherapist, counsellor, speech-language pathologist, medical practitioner or other regulated healthcare professional unless the Company expressly notifies you otherwise in writing and the relevant professional is duly authorised for that service.
9.3 The Services do not constitute and must not be used as medical care, mental-health treatment, psychological or psychiatric diagnosis, psychotherapy, trauma treatment, speech-disorder diagnosis or treatment, rehabilitation, emergency support or any substitute for professional healthcare.
9.4 The Mentor may discuss subjective experiences, confidence, emotions, personal perceptions, communication barriers or past experiences where relevant to a non-clinical mentorship objective. Such discussion does not convert the Services into healthcare, diagnosis or treatment.
9.5 If a matter disclosed by a client appears to require medical, psychiatric, psychological, speech-therapy or other regulated professional assessment or care, the Company may limit, pause or discontinue the relevant aspect of the Services and recommend that the client seek assistance from an appropriately licensed professional.
10. Use of Experiential, Suggestive and Memory-Oriented Techniques
10.1 Where specifically agreed with an individual client and permitted by applicable law, an exercise used within a non-clinical programme may include focused attention, guided breathing, relaxation, visualisation, rehearsal, role-play, body-awareness exercises, imagery, suggestive language, verbal coaching, relaxation and breathing exercises to manage performance nervousness, mental rehearsal and visualisation of a presentation, posture, voice-and-body-awareness exercises for delivery, constructive reframing of unhelpful self-talk about speaking, memory-oriented exercises or regression-style guided exploration of past experience techniques solely in the non-therapeutic sense.
10.2 Any such technique or exercise is used only as an experiential component of mentorship or training and NOT for the diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease, disorder, trauma, phobia or other medical or mental-health condition and do not constitute, and are not offered as, any form of therapy or psychological or medical treatment. Any such exercise is an experiential component of non-clinical communication and performance training.
10.3 The use of a technique does not imply that the Mentor is providing "hypnotherapy", "regression therapy", psychotherapy or another regulated clinical service. If a particular proposed technique requires a separate informed acknowledgement or consent, the Company may require that document to be completed before the technique is used. No separate technique gives rise to a clinical service.
10.4 Human memory is reconstructive and may be influenced by attention, suggestion, expectation and later information. Images, impressions, narratives, sensations or apparent recollections arising during an exercise are subjective experiences and must not be treated as verified historical fact, proof of an event, recovered evidence or a reliable basis for making medical, legal, family, employment or other material allegations or decisions without independent verification. The Company does not authenticate it, does not represent it as objectively true, and a client should not rely on it without an appropriate professional advice.
10.5 A client may decline to participate in a particular exercise, request that it be modified, or stop it. The availability of any alternative exercise and the effect on the remaining Service will be determined reasonably in the context of the agreed programme.
11. Suitability, Personal Responsibility and Emergencies
11.1 You remain responsible for deciding whether to seek independent medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice and for decisions and actions taken outside the scope of the Services.
11.2 Do not rely on the Website or the Services for urgent or emergency support. If you believe that you or another person may be in immediate danger, may harm yourself or another person, or requires urgent medical or psychiatric assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service or licensed healthcare provider in your location.
11.3 The Company may ask a client to confirm suitability information or obtain independent professional clearance where reasonably necessary before using a particular technique. This is a risk-management step and is not a medical assessment by the Company.
12. No Guarantee of Outcome
12.1 Skills development and personal performance depend on numerous factors outside the Company’s control, including prior experience, engagement, practice, consistency, health, context and circumstances. The Company does not warrant or guarantee any specific personal, emotional, health, professional, business, financial, reputational, relationship or other outcome.
12.2 Statements describing the purpose, intended benefit or focus of a programme are not warranties that a client will attain the stated objective. Any legally binding deliverable is limited to the service deliverable expressly stated in the applicable Client Agreement.
13. Testimonials, Reviews and Case Examples
13.1 Testimonials and case examples reflect the subjective account or experience of the individual concerned at a particular time. They are not clinical evidence, objective verification of causation, typical-outcome guarantees or promises that another person will have the same experience.
13.2 A testimonial that mentions wellbeing, health, symptoms, emotions, memories, relationships, professional progress or other personal matters must not be interpreted as a representation that the Company diagnosed, treated or cured a medical or psychological condition.
13.3 Identifiable client testimonials, recordings, photographs or other personal content will be published only where the Company has an appropriate legal basis and, where required, the relevant individual’s consent or authorisation. The Company may remove, edit content for length, formatting, translation or legal compliance provided the substantive meaning is not materially distorted.
14. Intellectual Property Rights
14.1 All intellectual property rights on the Website and Website Content, including text, copy, graphics, photographs, video, audio, branding, logos, course and programme structures, training materials, exercises, frameworks, methods, compilations and other materials, are owned by or licensed to the Company or the relevant rights holder.
14.2 You may access and display Website Content for personal, non-commercial informational use. No right is granted to copy, reproduce, adapt, translate, republish, distribute, scrape, sell, licence, train a model on, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit Website Content without prior written permission, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by mandatory law.
14.3 No use of the names "Revival Of Life", "Eugeniu Gurin", associated branding or other source identifiers is permitted in a manner that suggests sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation without written consent.
15. User Submissions and Client Materials
15.1 You must not submit material through the Website that you do not have the right to disclose, that unlawfully infringes third-party rights, or that contains unlawful, threatening, defamatory, malicious or technically harmful content.
15.2 Submission of an application does not grant the Company ownership of your materials. The Company may use information and materials you submit only to the extent reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry, evaluate a proposed Service, comply with law and, if a Client Agreement is entered into, perform that agreement subject to its terms and the Privacy Policy.
16. Acceptable Use and Website Security
16.1 You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers, accounts, private communications or data; introduce malware; interfere with security or availability; conduct abusive automated scraping; impersonate another person; or use the Website in connection with unlawful conduct.
16.2 The Company may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, its systems, users, legal rights or legitimate business interests.
17. Third-Party Services and External Links
17.1 The Website or pre-contractual process may use or link to third-party services, including hosting infrastructure, messaging services, payment providers and external websites. The Company does not control the content, security, availability or independent processing activities of third parties.
17.2 The Company’s use of third-party processors for personal data is addressed in the Privacy Policy. Your direct use of a third-party service shall also be subject to that third party’s own terms.
18. Availability, Errors and Changes to the Website
18.1 The Company may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any Website feature or Website Content. It does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or continuously available access.
18.2 If the Company identifies a material error in a published price or description before a Client Agreement is concluded, it may correct the error and provide the accurate information before contracting. Nothing in this clause permits misleading advertising or limits a consumer remedy available under mandatory law.
19. Consumer Rights and Mandatory Law
19.1 The Company intends to provide pre-contractual information and Services in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection requirements, including requirements concerning accurate service descriptions, price information, safety, invoices and remedies for defective services where applicable.
19.2 No disclaimer, exclusion or limitation in these Terms applies to the extent it would unlawfully exclude or restrict a mandatory consumer right, liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
19.3 Where mandatory law of the consumer’s place of residence applies notwithstanding the governing-law clause below, these Terms do not deprive the consumer of protections that cannot validly be waived by agreement.
19.4 UAE law does not provide a general cooling-off right for these Services. Where a consumer is habitually resident in a jurisdiction whose mandatory law grants a right of withdrawal, that right applies to the extent it cannot lawfully be excluded, and the consequences of exercising it are dealt with in the applicable Client Agreement.
20. Disclaimers Relating to Website Content
20.1 Website Content is provided for general information about the Company and its Services. It is not medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice. See our Professional & Non-Medical Disclaimer for further detail on the professional and non-medical boundaries of the Services.
20.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company does not warrant that general Website Content will be complete, current or suitable for a user’s individual circumstances. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before acting on a matter that requires regulated expertise.
21. Limitation of Liability
21.1 Nothing in these Terms limits liability to the extent such limitation is prohibited by mandatory law.
21.2 Subject to clause 21.1 and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company is not liable for indirect, consequential, exemplary or special loss arising solely from use of, or inability to use, the Website, or reliance on general Website Content, where such loss was not reasonably foreseeable at the time the relevant obligation arose.
21.3 Liability arising from the provision of a paid Service is governed primarily by the applicable Client Agreement, subject always to mandatory law.
21.4 The Company is not responsible for a third-party platform failure, communications outage or payment-provider act or omission to the extent caused by that independent third party and outside the Company’s reasonable control, but this does not affect any non-excludable duty owed by the Company to a consumer.
22. Indemnity for Unlawful Website Use
22.1 To the extent permitted by applicable law, you shall be responsible for losses, liabilities and reasonable costs directly resulting from your intentional or unlawful misuse of the Website, infringement of the Company’s intellectual property rights, or submission of material in breach of clause 15. This clause does not impose liability for ordinary consumer use or exclude any statutory defence or protection.
23. Privacy and Direct Marketing
23.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. The application-related processing required to respond to an enquiry is separate from consent to receive marketing communications.
23.2 Where the Company requests consent for email or other direct marketing, that consent is optional, must be capable of being withdrawn, and is not a condition of submitting an application unless a communication is necessary to fulfil the request made by the user.
24. Complaints and Contact
24.1 Questions or complaints concerning the Website may be sent to support@eugeniugurin.com. Where the matter concerns a paid Service, the Company may ask for sufficient information to identify the relevant Client Agreement, transaction and issue.
24.2 The Company will seek to address complaints reasonably and without prejudice to any statutory complaint, consumer-protection or court remedy available under applicable law.
25. Changes to these Terms
25.1 The Company may amend these Terms where reasonably required to reflect legal, regulatory, operational or Website changes. The current version will be published on the Website with its effective date.
25.2 An amendment to these Website Terms does not retrospectively vary a Client Agreement already entered into unless that Client Agreement validly provides otherwise or the parties separately agree the change.
26. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
26.1 These Terms and any non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and, to the extent applicable, the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah.
26.2 Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be excluded, the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
26.3 The governing law and dispute-resolution terms applicable to a paid Service are set out in the relevant Client Agreement and prevail in relation to that Service.
27. General
27.1 If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be interpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
27.2 A failure or delay by the Company to exercise a right is not a waiver. No person other than the Company and the Website user has a right to enforce these Terms, except as required by law.
27.3 These Terms may be published in more than one language. If the Company designates an English version as controlling, that designation applies only to the extent permitted by mandatory law and does not override any mandatory language requirement applicable to a consumer transaction. As of the effective date of these Terms the English version of these Terms is the controlling version, save that where the mandatory law of a consumer’s jurisdiction requires another language to prevail, that requirement applies to that consumer.
